Question posted in the General Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal

I am 55 years of age. I was injured on duty while working for a company called Dormen. My hand was seriously injured to the point I cannot work again for the rest of my life as my hand is next to useless. At the time of the incident I was told to leave the premises and cannot return to the work place. I was told I cannot be medically bordered, and that I need to cash in my pension in order to get money to survive. The brokers and company refuse to help me any further. Is there anything I can do?
