Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Western Cape
The child is 15 yrs old. The maintenance agreement states that 50% of out of pocket medical expenses is to be paid by father. Mother has never submitted these to him. She is now claiming that past 15 years out of pocket expenses. Can she claim for these given that many years have passed?
He has applied for a reduction in maintenance as he was retrenched in 2016 and is making roughly 1/5 of his previous salary. He has never missed a payment.
