Good DayMadam / Sir, Since April 2015, I have been the holder of an asylum seeker renewable for 3 months and, hereby, I have the honor to request you to transfer my asylum seeker to a visa of study or critical skills. I’m a Congolese nationality (DRC) I have been living in South Africa precisely in LeCap since 2015.

I’m holding a passport and saqa is it possibly to change asylum seeker to a permit (study or critical skills,...)?
