Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
My daughter was injured at daycare because of negligence which was proven by social services she cannot walk as a result and is back on nappies the surgeon says she\'ll walk again but will take weeks to months she was operated on, so we had a meeting with social services and the principal of which we asked that she pays half of the medical bill and she agreed and said she will when the month ends she said this in front of the social workers at social services and their manager but now when we call her she is refusing is there anything we can do to get her to pay because she is clearly disrespectful and rude about the matter can we lay a charge against her?
