Hello i am renting a place to stay from a guy who rents out flats on his property. November i told him i could no longer afford the place and will have to look for something cheaper. He then said i can pay less. Never did he say i will have to catch up on the rest of it later on. Now i am moving and suddenly according to him i owe him that money.
