Question posted in the Divorce Law category relating to Western Cape
I'm a 45 year old woman. Been married for 20 years and lived together for 6 years before that. I've been a housewife the past 14 years. Though i haven't cheated on him physically i've had 'internet affairs' He has evedence of that (obtained illegally i assume). We have 2 kids aged 14 and 16. Is the information he has about me enough for him to get sole custody of the kids?
