Question posted in the Family Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
An agreement was lodged at court (domestic violence)stipulating that parties would not contact each other or their families and if any further harassment occurred, each party would provide their respective lawyers with the evidence of harassment. One party breached the agreement and contacted a family member of the other party, alleging harassment (with no evidence except anonymous emails and Facebook messages). What are the consequences of breaking the agreement?
