Question posted in the General Law category relating to Mpumalanga
We've been attempting to launch an International company in South Africa, we have a massive trail of proposed agreements between us and holders of the I.P., as well as our South African investor, recently all communications have fallen on deaf ears and it seems that the international people are either sidestepping us or just not being honest. Can we sue for loss of income as myself and my partner both resigned from our permanent employment to puruse this, and the international partners are aware of this.
