Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Limpopo
I am the tendant who can not pay my rent anymore. My landlords mother and brother want to sent a locksmith to lock the house so we can't get out. They are black and we are white, they accusing us of rasisism but it is the other way around. They are arrisng us in our house (renting). They want to kick us out with just taking our clothes with and leave the rest of our belongings inside the house. At the moment the mother is sitting ouside my door watching us while the brother went to get a courtorder from the police. according to us, they don't own the house they just taking action trying to put us out and get the house keys. What can I do? Rika
