Good morning,

Please advise me.

I bought a Retractable Roll-Flat Canvas Garden Hose on Bid or Buy, for R179.00 last week. In the picture and in the description it looked good quality and I was rather excited. However on receiving it and trying to use it I am bitterly disappointed, this is a "made in China" product.
The connection does not fit my tap properly and water squirts all over the place; and the sprayer handle too has water spraying in all directions. The case / housing that the hose is rolled onto is not very strong and not as easy to use or as strong as stated.

I am not satisfied with this product and the supplier refuses to refund me, but wants to replace it with another hose. I do not want this prodcut for the same amount of money I can go to Makro and buy a good quality hose pipe, granted not a "Retractable Roll-Flat Canvas Garden Hose" in a cheap plastic case.

Why would I want to pay R125.00 delivery fee when I could pop down to China Town and buy the same
product for much less.

What are my rights? Surely as a consumer if I am not happy with a product I am intitled to return it with a full credit. I accept that I am still liable for the courier fees and do not expect a refund on that.

Thank you
Regards
Mya Stein
