Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
Is it a requirement that when someone is during for child Maintenance they are required to bring an identity number of the person who should be maintaing the child? Some clerk of the court is sending my mother from pillar to post asking for identity number of the personal whom we do not really know.
