Good day.
I just want to know, if I am married in comunity of property....and my spouse burn the joint property with petrol with the intention of suicide but survive..... there are a arson case made against my spouse,but while case is ongoing they commit suicide and passed away
My Spouse abandon the house after they comit arson and never returned.we are estranged from each other so i fix the property by himself ,i even had to make large amount of loans that i still paid by myself even after her death.
But almost 2 years after the arson my spouse set up a last will and testament ordering for the Property to be sold to pay the estate etc....
Now I want to know.......
If married in comunity of property in SA
Can I destroy a joint property and after 2 years change my will claiming for something I destroy and didn't pay to get fixed?
