Good day My name is sizwe I need advice On a break of promise to merry I am 20 years old and I was in relationship with a 43 year old woman Whom she was married but left the marriage to be with me She was HIV positive As I accepted her with her status she then proposed/engaged me with a ring Then it happened that her ex husband promise her money to start a business then dumped me and left me We were staying together It just happened on 30th October 2020 So I need to know if I can sue her for break of promise to marry?
