Question posted in the General Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
My friend was served with an interim protection order by his neighbour.
Under the section: "Give full details fo all incidents of harassment", the applicant states that my friend needs to remove a fence and gives him 24hours to do so from the time the interim order is recieved. This is not listed as one of the reasons for the ugent application nor is it listed as one of the terms of the order.
Does my friend have to oblige?
Should he not have a chance to defend/argue his case in court on the date of the hearing?
