This person has definitely infringed your privacy in relation to accessing your personal communications (you can't even call them work communications, because the communications are stored on your private cell phone) when this person should not have done this.
Unfortunately, this is not a crime. You do however have the right for your privacy not to be infringed, and this person has infringed your privacy and your communications!
I assume that you left your computer at work "logged into" your WhatsApp web, so when this person opened your internet browser and went to WhatsApp web, your chats automatically came up?! If that's the case, then this person wouldn't have even hacked into your account, he/she would have just accessed it - in breach of your privacy.
Did this cause any harm to be suffered?
