Hi, can an employer cut my pay when I am required to work full working hours and often overtime? Can pay cuts be enforced indefinitely? It is a salaried position, 40 hours per week normal and at least 10hours overtime per month My question is more related to Covid. I am a practice manager and the practice is performing better than years prior to covid - 2019. The practice had to close for 3 months at the inception lockdown. I was still required to work from home!
