Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Good day I would like for some legal advice concerning the following matter. In January 2021 my brother in law baught us 6 sheep for 10000. At this stage he was as well going abroad and he gave us the sheep due Cov19 he did not go now after all this time he wants the sheep claiming it belongs to him. Can I demand payment from him for the care of the sheep all this time before I return them. As I carried all this cost on myself thinking they belong to me we had a verbal agreement please can you assist thanks Gideon
