Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng

I have a 24 year old unemployed brother.  My mom passed on in 2016, leaving no will that states who should get the house so basically, she died intestate.  The lawyer I had back then made me executor with my brother's approval.

Now we have disagreements, basically he drinks daily and has people in and out of the house.  He refuses to act accordingly and I have decided it would be best to sell, but he is refusing to sell.

What can I do to enforce a sale on the house?
