I have tested covid 19 Positive after I have attended a coarse training organised by the company I am working for. the organiser of the training had tested positive few days before the training I am not sure if she had completed her 10 days before she was back at work becouse from what I've had after the President had put the country under lockdown level 4 the training had already been organised and they did not cancell it becouse of some financial issues around it if they cancell.
1. I was never told that the person I am sharing the office with had been isolation for few days
2. president had closed all gatherings but they proceeded with it.
3. me and my 4 year old got sick as a result of me being positive
4. I want to know if I have a case against the campany or sue them for anything as they have put my life and of my family in danger
