Hi, Pieter here I want to find out I am busy with my divorce(not divorced yet) and I am fighting for full custody for my child(5). it is on going for almost 2years first I was not allowed to see my child at all the after 9months of fighting I got to see her 1 day a week for 5 hours in Aug we went to the family Advocate and now I can see her every Wednesday and 2nd weekend. my problem is when will this change the mother does just what she wants with out notifying me at all. why do I have no right in this matter my daughter do not want to stay with her mother she has screamed this to her a number of time my daughter also tells me when she tells this to her mother she gets punished for telling her this. what am I to do?
