Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape

Good Morning,

I signed up with Maxlaw credit solutions yesterday and I was relieved and hopeful after i spoke to a consultant.Later on i checked their reviews, they are not good at all, since im a person struggling with debr, having to pay them and they not assist me is scaring. How do i be sure that they will help in lowering my monthly payments to creditors without it dragging, because it seems their service is not that good according to customer reviews,it seems like Samu and Buhle are the only helpful consultants according to reviews?

Hi there,

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment, even if it is R150 or R200.

You need to understand WHAT service you signed up for. Was it a monthly "help with applying for a loan" service, or was it a proper debt review application?

Please remember this is a dialog if you have follow-up questions please make the required deposit, then use the REPLY button and ask your further question. I would like to continue assisting you, but I need to concentrate on people who make deposits for their questions - they get serviced first!
