Hi. We bought a car from a friend. My husband were retrenched by the middle of September. We are waiting for.his pension fund. But only owe 2 payments on car. We already paid of about R24000. Can they take the car.

The only way they can take the car back is off they cancel the agreement and then get a court order forcing to to give the car back. But they would then need to refund the money that you paid them...
