Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Mpumalanga
Good day i am in the middle of a divorce and i have two young boys with my husband of 6 years. He got abusive and unfaithful that is why i filed for divorce. In the papers he made me state that he gets custody over the boys and that i could only get half of his pension. The thing is he beat me infront of the boys multiple times. I get to see my boys now and then for a week or two but my eldest son told me that his father beats him and he is scared of his father's girlfriend because of spirts. Now my husband is very aggressive and he threatened to kill my boyfriend and his youngh daughter.
Because of the abuse i need treatment for my back and i am not in a good space because the abuse was physically and mentally.
What i would like to know is what can i do to get custody of my boys and to stay on the medical aid for all the harm that he has caused
