The magistrate granted child access to my child's father whereas he is not maintaining the child, and when he is pays what he wants and not the amount that was agreed on verbally when he was maintaining the child, I even have a protection order against him because he started threatening me and contacting my colleagues and anyone close to me, the magistrate granted him access besides all this, and he said I can supervisor the visit, how can i supervisor someone I have a restraining order against and i don't feel comfortable with him alone with my child
