Hello. Hope all is well and thank you for your help. So basically my brother , paid monthly for a TV from teljoy. The TV broke and got sent in to get fixed by them and they sent us a temp TV. Long story short, they left us hanging , so we obviously kept the TV till they contact us , they never did so we assumed we get to keep the temp TV up until they are ready. We tried to contact them but it led to nothing. This was a few years ago. He recently tried to open a bank account but the teller told him that he has something called a fraud listing ( something in that line) due to teljoy. We were absolutely shocked.  He is starting with a new vacancy soon and they are going to be doing a criminal check on him , my question today is , will it show up on the record? Keep in mind, teljoy had all his info but didn't say a word , he would not have known if it wasn't for the bank.

Thank you
