Question posted in the Divorce Law category relating to Gauteng
Hello,
I received a summons for a divorce. I am not contesting the divorce. I agree to the details of the summons. We were married in ANC. We do not have joint assets or children. What do I need to do next?

Hi there,
I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment, even if it is R150 or R200.
You should go see Legal Aid, or a private lawyer, to get advice on what to do, because if there are kids involved, things might get complicated. Also, if there is maintenance which is payable, you would want to get the best deal possible.
