Question posted in the General Law category relating to Limpopo
Hi there, i had an operations when i was in grade 8, it was for my appendix. But they did not do a small cut, they made a long cut across my stomace, i am left with a very nasty scar that has prevented many things and caused a lot of insecurities in my life. I've also experienced a lot of pain during my pregnancies. I'm currently pregnant again and during pregnancy my scar gets swollen, stretching and feeling like it's tearing open. My husband said i should have sued as this is medical negligence. But I'm not sure if it's too late as I'm now 25years old but i was unaware that i could do anything against the state hospital
