Hi I enrolled at intec college last year February 2023 for a certificate in supply chain management, I paid and amount of 20 000, during the time i face issues such as my online student portal that is not allowing me to excess my assignment. I then contacted the school via email however i did not get a response the first response i got was approximately 7 months after i submitted my complaint, I then decided that i would like to cancel my membership and ask for a refund, but it was decline due to the fact that i have passed my cooling off period but how can they decline my refund when they did not help me for 7 months and i have all the evidence that shows how many times i have tried to contact them with no response, I need help as i took a loan for this that am still paying it they are offering me a 400 as a refund amount.
