Question posted in the Divorce Law category relating to Gauteng
I have been with a father of my 4 children for 18 years,we are married in customary law.
Last year I discovered that he has 2 kids with different women,I'm unemployed he doesn't give me money,he doesn't pay school fees for the kids. He buys groceries and pays the bond for the house will live in,which is on his name only,he refuses for us to get married. I stay at home and take care of the house and the kids and our autistic son. He comes home once a month because of his work. I'm not happy at all about my situation. How does the law protect me as we are married the traditionally.
I want dirvoce,how to I go about it,I can't afford a lawyer since,I'm unemployed.
