Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape
So as a security guard i got beaten at a gate where i work my face is swollen and my lip is bleeding
In the proses of fighting i broke his car's window on drivers side
So he went to my house to break 5 windows on my vehicle
I contacted the police to open a case
In the proses he made a case against me aswell for breaking his window
So we both got arrested
I just need legal advice
