Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape

I have been served with a notice to be debarred by my previous employer on the basis of Honesty and intergrity, the grounds are that i have been Forging incentive forms for the personal benefit of the insurance manager and  Signing off on falsified leads. Yet the process of signing of leads was there way before i arrived and it was the same, There was no training, Job Spec /or a different process shown to me to do the job. How can i be not honest when i continued on the process that was being used?
