Question posted in the General Law category relating to Mpumalanga
A company i was working for reference me 31/12/2019. I did submit a irp 5 for that time. No i have to pay Sars 43000 because this company submid a irp 5 for march 2020 to july 2020. I did not work for them at that time. Now i have to get 601 form from them to cancel this irp 5. I am batteling because the think there are corraption in their company. I gave them all my paperwork as proof that no money was payed in that time i resived my last payment from them end of Jan 2020
