Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Good day. I crashed with a motorbike yesterday with my nissan micra 2008 car. The driver was hading up and i was heading down . The crash happened in his lane. He got injured. I stopped and assisted him to make a phine call of an ambulance. I then drove to the police station with my car to report the matter. The case is still under investigation. I would like to get some legal help and advice. I dont know what would be the outcome for this case. also i want to know if this means i will be convicted.
