I received a bill of R3988.00 from a sex chatline that I was not aware of the terms and conditions. I was looking for a escort on the 28th of April. I then found a post on Locanto, the details included sex acts that only could be performed in person. Oral, penetration, anal, etc. I then called the number. The lady on the phone, whom I was speaking to had an extremely thick accent, it's was difficult to understand what she was saying. She coherently asked if I wanted to fuck her, I said yes.

She then proceeded to tell me that she was touching herself in a sexual manner anddesvribed performing sex acts to me. I stopped her, and asked. "Wait, do you do in person meet ups?" She said no, I proceed to tell her that this isn't what I was looking for. She said she explained that to me in the beginning of the phonecall, which I wasn't able to decipher, due to her accent. I hung up, and thought that was that.

I found more posts on the website that had the exact same information regarding sex acts that could only be performed in person. I called the numbers, of which there were about 30 seperate posts, which was about 30 seperate calls. As soon as I heard it was her voice. I asked, "do you have multiple numbers." She replied yes. I told her I don't want to have phone sex, I'm looking for in person services. I hung up and did this every time I found out it was her on the other end.

On the 5th of May, I received a phonecall from a person working for the sex chat line company. I was told I owe them R3988.00. I said I couldn't pay that fee upfront. The assistant said she'd discuss with her boss whether or not I'll be able to pay off the alint in installments. She called me back in 10 mins to say I could. I then paid the R1600, as that's all I could pay at that moment in time. They told me my father will have to foot the bill I created, if I fail to pay the amount. I never received the terms and conditions in writing, only telephonically as I was under the guise that she was an escort. What can I do in this situation?
