my name is Galaletsang Roberts from Colingny North-West Province,three months ago i borrowed money from a group of stokvel ladies and i ran into problems and could not complete the payment now they are threatening to take my tv and other furnishers.what i want to khow is are they allowed to take my stuff even if we did not sign any agreement and is there something the law can help me with until i sort out how and when to repay them.
