Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to North West
I was charged with shoplifting by checkers and they took the other items for other shops because I did not have a slip. I was caught by checkers only and not the other stores. Do the other stores have a case against me? The value of checkers items was R2800 and don't know of the other stores. I'm an honours student and don't want criminal record
