Question posted in the General Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
I sent my car to a mechanic at the end of April. They informed me that the issue was fuel injector leak and oil leak and they would have to seal the engine and injectors. It has been over 2 months and the car is still not fixed. They have been sending me from. Pillar to post and my car is still not fixed. They keep telling me something new has broken or is faulty even though when I brought my car in those parts were not faulty at all. Can they charge me for parts that were damaged by them? And how can I get my car back. They also added items on the final quote that they didn't inform me of.
