Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Western Cape
Good Day
We bought a fireplace last year August 2022 from a Company that imports it from overseas.
We paid R780 for the product, which included delivery.When we check-up when we will get our product, they told us it was not on the container. And it will be shipped with next delivery. But now we have to pay an extra R500, because prices have gone up in the meantime.
Please can you help.
