Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape

My last day would be 28th Sep. 2 week notice. But now the thing is they forcing me to take my 6.5 leave days from the 22 to 28th because they don't pay out leave days. I spoke to the boss and manager they technically refusing to pay out my leave says and forcing me to sign the leave form now I have already signed the leave form because according to them I have no choice but when I later brought the situation up again they said we won't pay you your leave days irrespective so take it or.lose and and we don't want you to work till the 28th either your last day is 21st September. What should I do
