I have recently broken up with my longtime girlfrien, subsequint to the argument she has laid an assualt charge against me and a interim protection order.
Her case is unfounded and absurd, even her own statement indicates that nothing of concern happened.
I have no previous records and have never been physical with her.
Some money she owed me was involved and it is my sincere believe that this is a way to punish me for the break up.
I want to know after I am aquitted (which I no doubt will be) is there any way I can get financial compensation for my legal costs?
