Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape
My husband and I got married in March 2023 and to this date our photographer has not delivered by providing the images. He makes promises to send us the link to the images but never does so. We paid a lawyer to send the photographer a letter of demand and he only provided our wedding video but the link to the images are still empty. It has been months since he received the letter of demand. We've also asked for the unedited photos but still nothing. What can we do to get our images? We aren't concerned with the money returning. We just want our images of our wedding that we won't have again.
