Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Hi. I baught a car from a dealership in May. they forged documentation claiming that the car is what I wanted. I later found out from the vehicle manufaturer that the car I have is not what is on paper. I braught this to their attention and they sent me another fake document, after a back and forth with them for a few days, they admited that they sold me the wrong car. we then agreed that they would give me a replacement and I would keep this one until then under the terms that I am not liable or resposnsible for the car in anyway, be it in an accident, machenical problems, theft or highjacking and or increas in Milage and decrease in value. Now the car was involved in and accident and I am still wating for my replacement vehicle. what would be the best way forward as I still do not have the vehicle I should have which is more valuable than what they gave me.
