Good Day,

i would like ot find out what are my rights is i have applied fo a position that had a basic salary and commission. but when we start working we are told there is not Target to set for us a team and therefore you just work for te whole month an wew will pay commission if due.

After the third month of working and being confident that based on the work done we are intitled to commission, then we are told that we brought it less money and therefore we are not intitle to commission.

Please advise.
