Question posted in the National Credit Act Law category relating to Gauteng

Good day

My car is in arrears. (5 months)Absa phoned me telling me they want to collect my car. This is the first that I hear from them. Can they do it without a court order.

I am in the process to declare myself bankrupt. Absa do not know this.
