Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Western Cape
Bank made payment to the beneficiary of the will, however the money was suppose to reflect today at 12 but the bank says they don't know why money is not showing. the bank that beneficiary is using also checked on their side but its not there.
the money went through court process and court told the bank to pay money. my question is can the bank not tell why money is not reflecting because the time was provided by them however at this point they are saying they cant see money on their system as it is out but its not in on the beneficiary account
we asked them and they said they don't know why it not reflecting on the beneficiary account, on their side its out of the system. at this point we are starting to suspect foul play, because how come bank is not able to track the money they paid.
