Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Eastern Cape

My dad is married in community of property for the past 4 years. He has had some trouble in his marriage and stayed over at my house for a few days he returned home and his wife tried to stab him. He then went with police to the house he is living in on the Landlords property and they had locked him out. he wants to go home until the divorce has been settled but they wont allow him too.He is 1 month behind on his rent and the landlord refuses to give him a key for the house although his wife is still living there as he is afraid my father will remove all furniture and not pay up and now my father sleeps on my couch with only the clothes on his back and this is also causing a lot of strain on my marriage please advise what he can do
