My dad is married in community of property
He haas had trouble in his marriage and stayed over at my house for a couple of days
when he returned home his wife tried to stab him
whe went back there with the police and they hadnt done much
He wanted to move home untill they are divorced as he is the one paying the rent
He lives with his landlord on the dame property
when returning home he has found his wife and landlord has locked him out
When asked for the key the landlord refused to give it to him as he is a month behind in rent and now the landlord refuses to let him stay on the property as he is afraid my dad will dissapear with his furniture without paying rentalthough the wife is still staying there
He is now sleeping on my couch with only the clothes on his back and this is also putting alot of strain on my marriage what is his rights and what can we do
