Hi i just want to know how do you work out youre part of watrr and electricity bill. Who pays what or are we the tenants responsible for the whole bill. And our lesee gets the bill every month but we strugle to get is from her and then after 2 or 3 months she brings them all and wants us to pay the whole amout at that time. She does that with our rent as well. She doesnt want it to be a debit oder nor want she it to be payed through internet banking she wants it cash but never comes to colect it and after a few months she just shows up wanting everything and she just exspects us to give it like we are some kind of millioners. Wat can we do. She phoned and told us she is looking for some one else because we dont pay but she never collects it. And we cant sit with over 15000 in our house until she decides to come and collect it.
