Hi there, purchased a vehicle second-hand from a second hand car delearship call east coast auto traders.

Drove it for 1 day and vehicle overheated. Vehicle was delivered back after being taken to the mechanic and it turns out the gearbox was having issues as well. This was fixed and then after driving it for 10 days there is a rattling sound.

After taking it to a independent mechanic there is issues with the gearbox mountings.

I want to know if i have recourse to pull out of this purchase after all these issues. Vehicle is on finance but with a R 40 000 deposit and i am close to paying my second installment already while only having driven the car for 1 week.
