Good Afternoon, I were a married woman for 14 years married cop but now divorced app 2 months ago. The decree of divorse clearly states that I am entitled to my payouts as mentioned. What I am talking about is my ex husbands retire anuities Sanlam and Old mutual and his pension fund which im entitled to. What I want to know is it the law that if people are divorced that they can ask for there money now to be paid out. As my ex husband says it can not be done according to those people. We also share the same home which is still registered in both names and still staying together for moeney reasons, which ofcause will be sold at a later state.

Regards

Carla
